Who processes the data

Contact form
When you fill in the form, we store your name or company name, the contact details you gave us and the text of your message. We use it solely to reply to you and to agree on working together. We do not sell it to anyone and we do not pass it to third parties.
We keep the data for as long as the communication and any cooperation last. If nothing comes of it, we delete the data within one year at the latest. If you want us to delete it sooner, write to info@webisfer.sk and we will do so.
Website creation from your description
On the home page you write what kind of website you want. When you press the create button, you enter your email in a window, tick the consent box and we send you a six-digit verification code. We store the email, the text of the brief, the text of your later revisions and the time when you gave consent. We use it solely to prepare the website for you, to verify your email and to get in touch with you if needed.
The website only starts being built after you enter the code from the email in the same window. The code is valid for 15 minutes and we send at most a few codes per day to a single email address. You give consent by ticking the box in the window. If you do not verify the email, we delete both the brief and the email within seven days at the latest. For a single email address we can prepare one website and five descriptions, the first brief and four revisions.
The finished website runs as a preview at an address under the prezentacia.site domain for fourteen days from the moment we prepare it. After that we remove the preview and delete the email together with the brief within 90 days. You can also delete the website and all the data yourself straight away, with the Delete website and data button in the editor, or on request at info@webisfer.sk.
The text of your brief is sent for processing to the provider of the website building tool, which acts as a processor on our behalf. Do not therefore put anything in the brief that should not go to third parties (personal identification numbers, passwords, health data). To protect against misuse we keep an irreversible fingerprint of your IP address for a few days, not the address itself.
This procedure has replaced our previous website design assistant. The data you entered into it is deleted according to the original retention periods, within 90 days at the latest.
Traffic measurement
If you let us, we measure traffic with Google Analytics. We want to know which pages people are interested in and where they come from. We ask about it with a bar on your first visit and until you say yes, we store nothing in your browser.
You can change your choice at any time with the Privacy settings link in the footer. If you do not give consent, the website works exactly the same: nothing is restricted and nothing will ask you again.
During measurement your IP address is truncated and we do not provide it for advertising purposes. The data is kept for fourteen months and is then deleted automatically.
Fonts and images
Everything this website loads (fonts, images and styles) is stored directly on our server. Nothing is downloaded from other companies' servers, so your IP address does not reach any third party while you browse. There are no embedded players, maps or social network buttons here either.
Your rights
You have the right of access to the data we hold about you, the right to rectification, the right to erasure and the right to object to the processing. Just write to info@webisfer.sk. If you are not satisfied with the way we handle it, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
