What we do

We do not do everything. We build the kind of things we run ourselves, so we can tell you in advance where the problems usually are.

Business website

A website that brings the customer in

For cabins, guesthouses, repair shops, medical practices, tradespeople and small companies. The goal is not to “have a website”, but that someone who arrives from Google or Facebook knows within thirty seconds what you offer and how to get in touch with you.

  • Works just as well on a phone as on a computer
  • Booking or contact form straight to your email
  • Text your customer understands, not a marketer
  • Map, opening hours, photos, price list
  • Set up for Google
  • Hosting, backups and security updates

For cabins, cottages and guesthouses we go a step further. We build their website on our own system SFERIN, which also handles bookings, the calendar and guest registration. A website like that is from €249, an ordinary business website from €299.

If you already have a website, we will look at it first and tell you what does not work on it, even if you end up having it built elsewhere.

Online store

Selling online, from catalogue to delivery

We run two online stores of our own: Fixel.sk with over 19,000 products and Perečko.sk with over 20,000. Every day we deal with the same things you will deal with: stock levels, variants, couriers, complaints, customers who cannot find the button.

That is the difference from a studio that builds an online store and then leaves. We know what breaks six months later.

  • Catalogue, variants, stock levels
  • Payment by card and by bank transfer
  • Connection to couriers
  • B2B prices and discounts for regular customers
  • Product imports from your supplier
  • Connection to your invoicing or warehouse system
Custom web app

When an off the shelf solution does not fit

Sometimes a company needs something it cannot buy: a record system that follows your own process, a tool for technicians in the field, an overview that exists only in your head and in three spreadsheets.

We build custom web apps: they open in a browser on a phone and on a computer, there is nothing to download from an app store and they update themselves. We use them ourselves: Silvanor is a community portal with its own user accounts and content from users, which we built from scratch.

  • A browser on a phone and on a computer
  • No download from an app store
  • Updates itself
  • Own user accounts and content from users
Systems and products

Things that have to run by themselves

Internal tools, connections between systems, automation and assistants that can answer questions over your own data.

This is where we rely most on our own experience. The internal systems that our studio and our online stores run on every day, we build ourselves. SEOrganiq is our SaaS system for SEO audits and automatic article writing, paid for by customers abroad, and Kolegio is our AI colleague for small companies. SFERIN is what the accommodation websites in our work run on. These are not demos, they are software that has to keep running without us.

  • Internal tools
  • Connections between systems
  • Automation
  • Assistants over your own data

Kolegio: a new AI colleague

Every morning it finds companies that could become your customers and drafts an email for them written in your voice. You approve it, change it or skip it. Alongside finding customers it can also take over customer support and social media.

  • It grew out of the tools we use in our own company every day. Not out of a presentation, out of running a business.
  • Nothing goes out without a human approving it. Automatic sending cannot be switched on, not even in the settings. That is what separates getting in touch from spam.
  • It learns from your edits. After a week it writes the way you would have written it.

We ran it on ourselves first. These are our own numbers from the last few months.

9,574companies the system found
2,300+companies contacted
68companies showed interest
0spam complaints recorded

SFERIN: a website with a booking system

A system for cabins, cottages and guesthouses. The guest books directly with the owner, not through a portal, and the calendar stays in sync with Booking.com and megaubytovanie.sk. The accommodation websites in our work run on it too.

  • Direct bookings with no commission. The guest sees the price for each day in the calendar and the owner confirms every booking. No portal commission comes off the price.
  • The same dates never get sold twice. It keeps the calendar in sync with Booking.com, megaubytovanie.sk and hauzi.sk.
  • The paperwork is done. The guest signs into the guest book via QR code and the owner just downloads the local tourist tax reports.

A website including the booking system is from €249. We then take care of running it, the backups and the changes.

How it works

You get the preview before you decide anything

Most studios send you a quote first and you only see the website once you have signed. We do it the other way round: first we build, then we talk.

  1. 1. You get in touchOn the home page you describe the website in your own words, or you write to us using the form or by email. The company name and what you need is enough. If you already have a website, send us the link.
  2. 2. We build a previewYou get it at its own address, for example yourcompany.prezentacia.site. Free and with no obligation. You click through it and see a real website, not a picture.
  3. 3. We make changesText, photos, prices, the order of sections. You tell us what to change. Three rounds of revisions are included in the price.
  4. 4. We go liveOn your own domain. Hosting, backups, security updates and small changes stay with us.
Price

What it costs

Starting prices
from €299 A business website for a company, a repair shop, a medical practice or a tradesperson. Text, photos, a contact form and set up for Google.
from €249 A website for accommodation on SFERIN, which means it also has a booking system, a calendar kept in sync with booking portals and guest registration.

We name the final price only once we know exactly what is needed, and you decide only once you have seen the preview. Online stores, custom web apps and internal systems we price according to the brief: an online store with twenty thousand items and a website for a tradesperson are two completely different things, so we do not give a single flat price for them.

Write and tell us what you need. We will get back to you, ask a few questions and you will get a specific quote with the scope and a deadline.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask us most often

How do I pay?

By proforma invoice. For a long term working relationship we can also agree on an invoice with payment terms.

How many revisions are included in the price?

Three rounds of revisions of the finished website. The free preview is separate from that, you can change it four times in the editor.

Who owns the website and the code?

The domain stays yours. The design and content we make for you are yours too. The system the website runs on stays ours, which is why we look after it and you do not have to deal with updates.

Who looks after the website after launch?

We do. Hosting, backups, security updates and small changes are part of working with us, and their cost is part of the quote. You do not just get the files and a goodbye.

Do you build online stores too?

Yes. We run two online stores of our own with almost 40,000 products, so stock levels, variants, couriers and complaints are things we deal with every day from our own practice.

Do you work outside Slovakia?

Yes. We work for companies all over Slovakia and abroad. The whole project can be run remotely (from the first email to launch) and we can build the website in Slovak as well as in English.

Prices are above in the What it costs section. Questions before you order (the free preview, timing, what if you already have a website) are on the home page.
