Who processes data technically on our behalf and where to find all our documents in PDF.
This is a translation for information. In case of any discrepancy the Slovak version is binding.
A list of the companies that technically process, on our behalf, personal data of our clients' customers under Article 7 of the Data Processing Agreement. We inform clients of changes by e-mail 30 days in advance.

Services called directly by the website visitor's browser (OpenStreetMap maps, the Photon and Nominatim address autocomplete, Google Maps after a click, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel only if the client switches them on and only with the visitor's consent) receive the IP address and the text entered, not data from our databases.
The SMS gateway smsfarm.sk (Slovakia) is used only by the ORDINUJ service for appointment reminders; it receives the phone number and the SMS text without the procedure or medicine, and it goes live with ORDINUJ. Card payments are processed by Stripe as a separate controller (data of the paying client, not of the client's customers). We will switch on artificial intelligence tools that would process messages from guests or patients only after they have been added to this list.
